Our life is a great treasure hunt adventure into a world of mazes and labyrinths. We follow a ‘yellow brick road” encountering pleasures and hazards and weird and wonderful people. Some we love and some we are very glad to leave behind. After all, we are constantly making choices based on the fortunes we encounter. The Game of Life is a back-to-front game in which the object is to discover the rules only. Over the years, others have said - “just tell me the rules and I will play the game.” Well not so here. The game is the grand pursuit of the rules only. There will be times you will go off on a tangent thinking you have a great clue only to waste your time - or are you? This weird and wonderful life is like a sleeve turned in on itself, inside out and back to front. It is rarely linear or consecutive or in the least bit sensible.

You have to accept that you are starting out as a zero. You are the naught (O) sailing in the Argo, An Argonaught. You have been given some help with inherited traits and genetic markers from your forebears and a wonderful sensing ability. Your senses will lead you to desire and want and from there you will be motivated on in your quest. My intention is to introduce you to your cosmological adventure, following the hidden threads. To reach the Utopia, Grail, Pot of Gold etc., you will have to learn many things. You will have many teachers, some highly accredited and others as lowly as the tramp on the corner who blurts out wisdom just for your ears.

I’ll tell you a secret - don’t be afraid to look in the most obvious places or the most disgusting ones. Sometimes the clues are right in your face and you pass by them completely. Maybe some clues are hidden in forbidden practices - are you brave enough to ask questions? Would you challenge so-called consensus reality? Can you be detached enough to look at experiences pragmatically, or mystical enough to understand synchronicity and coincidences?

This journey is a joyful one, it will be your own belief systems or perceptions that could make it hard or difficult. Other travelers pass their fears onto us as truths, thereby creating roadblocks to overcome. You are on the hunt for your elusive mystical self, your essential nature, your treasure! To do this you have to enter the world of Arcana, the Mystery of Mysteries. Sometimes you will have to go back into the past to revisit ageless wisdom and come back with alternative knowledge which challenges the status quo. You will have to enter the domains of the visionaries, prophets and diviners to gain the illumination you are looking for. The esoteric and occult may seem extreme or eccentric, but would you wade through the knowledge to pick and choose the gems to help you along the way? You may feel you have to gain a better education in many things. Perhaps you will need to know how to translate and understand the functions and processes of life. In search of knowledge you may have to understand about anagrams, codes, colors, energy vibrations and oscillations or even languages to enhance your experience. All these things stirring the imagination in the quest for your treasure!

Whichever path you choose to take, there will come a time when you will realize that the bags you have been carrying are heavy and you will realize that it is time to eliminate those things which no longer serve you. Knowledge is heavy, but wisdom is light. Wisdom is only gained through experience and not by arguing pointless biases! All the senses have to be engaged, you have to use the tools you gather along the way and bravely become an alternative thinker and doer.

And what of the vehicle, your Arc, the body you were born with, is it healthy, can it process, have you treated it kindly and have you rewarded it. Do you listen to its inner psychic prompting? Your body is your Temple and Athenor (cauldron.) Maybe you need to check the electrical flow - the plumbing system- the record storage or library! Perhaps there are too many old tapes running and you crashed! Meeting people along the way you filled your emotional bank with joy, but others left you emotionally bankrupt. Do you know how to replenish the bank?
